泰国举办一带一路”研讨会

曼谷时间9月7日，泰国泰中一带一路”研究中心和中国驻泰国大使馆共同主办了一带一路”倡议十周年研讨会。会议的主题是探讨一带一路”建设对亚太命运共同体的影响。

中国驻泰国大使韩志强在研讨会上表示，过去十年间，一带一路”倡议从概念变成了现实，给各国带来了真实的发展成果和民生收益，取得的成绩是明摆着的。未来，中国愿与世界各国和国际组织一起，继续推进高质量的一带一路”建设，使得一带一路”能够更好地惠及各国人民。

泰国前总理阿披实认为，一带一路”倡议的提出对亚太地区乃至全球都产生了积极的影响，也成为了促进区域开放和互联互通的重要动力。由一带一路”倡议沿线国家投资建设的基础设施项目，促进了各国之间的交流和互通，提高了人民的福祉。泰国应该抓住一带一路”倡议带来的历史机遇，加快推进中老泰高铁泰国段的建设，加速实现经济高质量发展。

泰国泰中一带一路”研究中心主任威伦表示，一带一路”倡议打破了零和博弈思维的限制，提出了包容共赢的理念，使得全世界国家能够实现前所未有的互联互通，让发展中国家真正参与到全球治理中。通过一带一路”倡议，亚太国家得到了新的发展思路，十年来的实践也为亚太命运共同体、泰中命运共同体和老中命运共同体的建立做出了贡献。

The Director of the Center for Asian Studies at the National University of Laos, Boudhan Sankamhotravong, expressed that the Belt and Road Initiative has promoted connectivity between Laos and China. The Laos-China railway has substantially contributed to the development of Laos and has paved the way for the country to transition from landlocked to prosperous.

In a video statement, former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama said that the Belt and Road Initiative has brought global attention to the development issues faced by developing countries and has fostered economic growth and regional stability in the Asia-Pacific region.

Kim Pheng, the Director of International Relations at the Royal Academy of Cambodia, believes that the Belt and Road Initiative has facilitated cooperation in various fields between Cambodia and China, providing Cambodia with valuable development opportunities. Cambodia looks forward to working together with China in the next decade of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Nearly 200 representatives from governments, think tanks, media, and business communities from the Asia-Pacific region attended the seminar. (End)
